BAC hybridization for GP387 probe, linkage group I
This table contains molecular mapping data from the Silflow-Lefebvre laboratory at the University of Minnesota.
The contigs consist of BamHI/HindIII fragments. Initially these were unordered, but in some cases we have been able to order them based on the genomic sequence. In the map below, the highlighted fragments have been ordered on the scaffold indicated.
